I agree.. Foam filters are rather restrictive. A good old K&N does more that enough of a job and the price difference between one of these and a HKS is crazy.

Try plugging the ECU in.. Removing the battery terminals and leave it off for 10-15 mins. Then reconnect the battery and try it

Remove the FCD.. Throw it in the bin.. Put the stock ECU on and keep the boost at .8 bar or below

Remove it... Don't up the boost if your car isn't running the supporting modifications required for it. Use either a plug and play ECU (has a more aggressive map from several different tuning company's such as blitz, mines, jam etc..) or a Piggyback/Standalone management system (These however need to be mapped on a rolling road but are there best way of running more boost and altering feeling etc)

Honestly, I don't know the difference... All the rubber ones seem to go soft and then my exhaust moves around and rattles. I want the two for the centre section and then the single hole back box hanger one.
