I've sorted this now wastegate is fine. EBC needed me to manually input the maximum. I thought I would do a run and it would pick it up. Thanks guys!

Update - Fitted my WEPR Kit yesterday. Had a little fun getting the old toyosports kit off. Few nuts and bolts were in really poor condition so all have been replaced when fitting the new kit. I have a 0,8bar spring in the Tial wastegate and will be using my HKS EVC to run 1bar once the car has been made. LOTS of changes have happened since the car was mapped first time around so best to get it done again and done properly. Not really concerned with regards to power as I have always said. The car pulled 237.7bhp @ around 0.9 bar previously as the manual boost controller wasn't the best. Was supposed to be set at 1 bar however when it was all plugged in the actual boost level was more around 0.9 so I was even more happy with that kind of figure. The car is going off to be mapped on Wednesday and will be left with TD for a few days and will be done there. Looking forward to driving it home thats for sure! 1bar of boost again and the sound of screamer pipe in my life finally. When I started the car up for the first time after fitting the kit the tone from the buddy club spec II was COMPLETELY different and I loved it before but now I LOOOOVE it even more. Not heard it on full boost yet but my god I cant wait. Here are some pics of the kit all fitted up. Excuse the messy engine bay. Next on the list: Fit the Carbon Culture front bumper Spray the FMIC (matte black or silver) not sure yet Polish up the rocker cover Replace all the vac lines for my new ones arriving next couple of days Lower the car Powder coat the Enkei's This list I would love to be completed for Japfest Matt

Hmm I'll have a look tomorrow. All seemed fine. Top port is to my EBC, bottom is to to a t-piece to the turbo and then off to the EBC. Water lines are left open and the other two air lines are blocked off.

Will use the 0.6 and let my EBC do it cheers dude.

I want 0.8 dude.. Both Tial and Mike said it is the white and green springs which are in. I'm going to remove the springs and put a single black one in which should be 0.6 bar. When it's mapped again I'll run 0.6/0.8 spring and use the EBC to hit 1bar

Any help?

The EBC had been reset mate and it was asking me to do a run so that I can set the pressure the wastegate is at as my base

Fitted my new WEPR kit today. All nice and easy to do etc. Then started it up and sounded lovely. Idles as it should etc. I fitted the white and the green spring in my Tial MV-S which is supposed to be 0.8bar and reset my HKS EVC so that I can set it to wastegate pressure. It says to do a run and then it should match the wastegate pressure. Well, let's just say it went to about 1.4-1.5 bar before I backed off and it felt like it was going to go some more... Any ideas?..

Td04 running 1 bar boost should be set at 3bar fuel pressure ... What boost are you running? I would get it properly checked on a rolling road where they can check your AFR
