  1. hmm i read that in the same way aswel "/, its not just top end bhp that causes it either.. its more torque that ruins gearboxs in my opinion hence why diesel boxes cope more
  2. Small update made up some radiator stays today to make my radiator sit flush with my front panel. now i can buy a tegiwa top rad stay also.. instead of the two tie wraps holding it together Picture showing polished Tial wastegate and polished radiator Another picture of my fleshly polished Tial wastegate.. not finished yet Another of the radiator.. yet again not finished but ran out of polish Greddy dump valve polished A few deep scratchs that i made when putting in the new engine Problem solved with.. (still a litte showing but nothing a touch up pen wont solve) Randoms The rear with lights on The front freshly cleaned and polished Random engine bay shot (strut brace missing as its gone for some more paint and metal flake ) Coilovers stance at the rear.. will be going a tad lower Thats all for now.. more shall be coming soon when my other rocker cover and strut brace comes back with a slight change to colour and added metal flake

  4. Small update Carbon bits together Sorta fitted On the car Back of the car (not bad for 15-16 years of crap behind it) The car at work, stance before i changed my coilovers to new ones as the old ones were looking tired. Coilovers removed .. Drag slag? Stance at the front, didnt get one of the back.. dohhh Brakes being sand blasted and on the lathe as was looking a bit rusty Ones been done and one hasnt On the lathe Had the car MOT'd also and it passed few things needed doing like the seats being placed in properly as i had just put them in with 3 bolts.. Ooops, coilovers failed but changed them over, emissions.. yeahh my emissions came out of a vauxhall vivaro's exhaust.. magical i know . One advisory was the backseats were missing which they are as i dont want them in lol. Overall good progress and the car should be back on the road within the next two weeks.. fingers crossed of course

  12. well after alot of hard work today the car is finally running sweet, adjusted the fuel pressure etc but the fault was vaccum pipes. basically what i had done is put a vaccum pipe onto a water pipe (a)... Ooops but it was a case of quick, put all the pipes on as it should start and excitement got the better of me but now it is all sorted. idles at 1500rpm cold and 1000rpm at normal running temprature so all is good few little things ive had to do tho. 1. remove my screamer pipe and left the tial wastegate just open as the screamer wouldnt allow my bottom radiator hose to go on 2. fill the car with coolant 3. top up power steering 4. move the radiator about for the mean time as i need to fab some new rad brackets 5. solved a boost leak.. stupid shitty jubilee clips and old silicone hose (will be getting replaced) 6. basically put all the little bits back together I.e bumper, strut brace etc.. even some new bits to make it look nice And last but not least 7. BOV'D a chav on the little test drive i had up the street Pictures shall be added soon
  13. agree'd, straight forward to fit as ive looked into buying one myself

  15. Engine idles at 2000-3200 RPM and it pulsates up and down, its like the ignition or fuel is being turned on and off. does anyone know what can cause this fault?
  16. should be good
  17. payment sent dude
  18. i would like carbon splitter and spoiler.. can you pm me with price inc delivery i.e courier etc. thanks
  19. Been very busy the weekend just gone, a friend came round to swap a few components over to see if it was them at fault on my glanza. Changed plugs.. no spark Changed leads.. no spark Did a resistance check on the ignition coil as i got no spark from the king lead.. no spark Checked dizzy and rotor arm.. no spark Swapped ignitor.. no spark Even swapped the ecu.. no spark But all of the above worked on my friends glanza so my components were not at fault. So i carried out a diagnostic fault code check and i got the follow.. Fault code 12. RPM Signal 14. Ignition Signal 22. CTS All underlying faults with the ignition system which was obvious. So the last resort was to do a simple thing and replace the orange anodised washer and flush allen bolt that i had bolted the ignitor with.. could maybe stop the ignitor from earthing... Turned the key and the Glanza came to life.. IT LIVES! so the glanza runs but came to another problem as it idles at 1750 to 2000 and pulsates which is abit annoying but im hoping it because at the time the intercooler pipes were not fitted so fingers crossed thats the problem but besides that it sounds pretty sweet .. Happy Days !
