    the fuel line is only a temp fit but it is proper fuel hose that i use on my 100cc kart , yeahh im new to the ex wastegate haha, need to read up on a few things tbh but i will get there

    most probs previous oil filter, get some brake cleaner on it and get it all clean, run the engine for a day or two and check it again, then take it from there

    Today i changed my fuel return pipe for some longer clear piping to link up to my FPR Tried to make it tidy Fuel rail adapter FPR Connected Removed everything to swap the rocker covers over Rocker cover off and its all shiney and clean Cam lobes (very shiney and dont look standard) New rocker cover on (dislike it) and orange rocker nuts orange nut on the other side of the dizzy All together

    Been a busy day today. Received my Titanium heat wrap today through the post plus some metal tie wraps. Manifold Wrapped Engine going in Engine In Hmm this may take a while to put back together Fuel rail, wastegate vaccum hose in place just need to order another etc Power steering res, pump etc connected i do have this problem tho, this location pin on the gearbox needs to be cut and drilled out into a hole as my engine has the same location pin in the same place... ball ache as ill have to cut, drill etc but will get it done hopefully in the week and get the gearbox fitted

    they are cheap for a reason tho, i hate having to repair them at work because litterally everything either breaks or just falls off, rear axles dont last two mins either... Complete and uter french shit! burn them all i say

    Well ive been busy today trying to get things sorted Got the engine attatch to the crane, even tho it took me an hour to set it all up (i.e add oil etc because its pretty much had it) Attatched the flywheel, torqued it up to manufacturers spec and clutch assembly also Starlet Book (clutch torque settings etc) Aligned the clutch Cleaned my old rocker cover up and then started to spray Etch Grey primer Chilli Orange- Gu1 (Corsa Nurburgring VXR) Thought it was too much so went for something different.. Ford Sea Grey + Clear Lacquer Unsure if i like it yet but i will see what it looks like on the engine when its in Fitted my Braided hoses And i bought some Orange rocker cover nuts and some smaller ones just to smarten some things up a bit. Waiting for my fuel rail adapter so i can fit my FPR, Heat wrap + steel ties to wrap my manifold, decat and screamer and 15 orange washers to smarten up the engine bay. Still need to buy a 70mm-50mm reducer 90 degree's white silicone hose for my turbo/intercooler but cant find one in white

    I love my postlady as she brought this today Sard FPR Also the Gauge too Not much more i have to buy now untill im all sorted, just need to find a 90 Degrees silicone hose to join my TD04 and intercooler pipe together, few vacuum pipes, coolant and some power steering fluid

    Oil has arrived Millers 5w50 Full Synthetic, not everyones choice im sure but has been ran since the engine has been built. Sard FPR ordered and should be with me shortly plus i got my engine crane today from a friend so this week i shall be placing the engine in the bay, Fingers Crossed

    Just thought i would post a few items that ive recieved in the post recently LSD oil KODE tilt plate US number plate 8x12 instead of the Jap 9x13 TRS harness cutter (better to be safe than sorry) All together Just waiting for my Millers 5W50 oil to arrive, buy some coolant and power steering fluid then im set up to drop the engine in !
