  3. This is the best one i can find: It basically runs straight down parallel to the rad with plenty of clearance then takes a left turn near the bottom of the rad. Will need a silicone pipe from there on to join up with the adjacent intercooler plumbing.

  5. Spark plugs out, efi fuse out, crank the engine until oil pressure light goes off, no harm in putting oil into the oil filter too. Whip the oil return hose off as mentioned from the sump or turbo and see that oil has passed through, if all is good, put everthing back together and fire the motor up. Keep an eye on everything once fired up, any sign of a leak or abnormal noise, turn the motor off and diagnose it. Don't forget to set the igntion timing up from the distributor cap once it has warmed up.
  6. You will want to find out the A/R ratio of the replacement compressor housing. Good turbo that, can produce some healthy power.
  7. ^^ Don't think he has a spec sheet?... Torque setting will be specific to the type of rod bolt and assembly lube or engine oil that is used to pull them down with. Does the rod bolts have any markings on the top of them?...
  8. With the head off. You cannot use it with the head on. Im sure i have seen another totally diff looking tool if you need to compress the springs with the head still on the cylinder block, but no idea where you would look for one, poss a Toyota tool.
