  1. Thanks mate! Get a build thread going pal!
  2. I know, i was full boosting in 4th thinking I LOVE THIS CAR!!!! Popped into 5th.. Within 3 seconds it was sketchy as fuck! It well and truely burst my bubble. I know..... Clutch will be a good £400 by the time it's fitted.. *sigh*
  3. Thanks Jamie, It's a completely different car! That wastegate is alright to be far! In second itll flick to about 0.8 then lower back to 0.6/0.7 but as you know last night was FREEZING. So i'm guessing the air played a part! Next up is a clutch and a FPR and fuel pump!
  4. Bloody hell 1.1bar and it coped 2 years! Not bad for a OEM one! Mine last all of 5 minutes on 0.7 on TD04 haha! Soon as it was in 5th. Got to full boost i was going no where, but the revs were everywhere! haha!
  5. Where's the best place to get one of those from? Never done an uprated clutch in a car before, same old process with replacing an OEM. Gotta drive it sensibly for 500 odd miles to bed it in etc?
  6. What are they like town driving? As that's what i do the most.....I only need £550 for a map! Looks like that'll all be on hold!
  7. Just made a thread on this. Really, Dont want to spend big money! But it seems i may have too! I do TONS of town driving too..
  8. Installed the TD04 last night, still have a 85,000 Km OEM clutch (i presume) It can hold boost in all gears bar 5th. As soon as boost came on it was slipping like a gooden! Couldn't handle the increase of power. Now it was freezing last night, i suspected it was spinning in 5th. But, i highly doubt it as 1-4th and 4th all the way to redline didn't give it an issue. Around 4k RPM in 5th it went mad! What kind of clutch should i be looking at for a TD04 remapped at a 1bar which is the goal for early in the new year. I don't want to spend an absolute fortune... But, If i have too the remap
  9. I'll try and get the DSLR out or whatever the camera's called! Can't edit though so it'll be rawr!
  10. Is that brand new? - Where from? Thanks mate, Extremely happy. It was a freezing night also and it just about held boost under fuel cut. it was -1 when i was testing it! I think i'll need to go for an Exedy, or something decent to hold the power and not slip. The MB6's are lovely cars, just an accord is slightly more powerful. But, the MB6 packs a hell of a punch for a 4 door! Your love VTEC! But, i got bored i needed boost!
  11. Jesus it likes me. *Must remember to sound less gay in my build thread*
  12. If your falling out of love, throw £500 at it. I garuntee your thank me! It's absolutely insane now! The noise is sooooooo good!
  13. Looking forward to your forged update when's it's done! Need to find a decent clutch that'll hold 1bar now for when I remap!
  14. That's lovely mate! B18C4 170bhp not your average family 4 door! What you pay? My mate still needs one he had one lined up but it fell through! ---- Updaaaate! So tonight me and Adam set about finishing the poor girl. Another few hours and he was good to go. Took the EFI fuse out and primed the turbo with oil. Fired up first time afterwards. First thing to note.. Exhaust it's twice as loud on idle, which I'm sure the neighbours in my close are really pleased with me about. Took it up the road without boost to get the coolant flowing then let her idle for 10 minutes sucking in more water
  15. Haha! Did you buy an accord? Or go for the MB6 in the end mate? Either you wouldn't be disappointed with to be honest! Cracking cars!
  16. Air Filter Relocation - Provisionally sold pending payment.
  17. I think TrisK might be right. If this is a one off. You couldn't buy an off the shelf decat.. Race-Tech would need to fabricate the downpipe Unless it utilizes the same position as any other turbo manifolds.. then you might be able too?
