He wants £1250 buy it now to end the auction.. What a moron.
  12. Not started it, Just thought i'd leave it i didn't finish until 10:30pm last night, so i thought after work i'll get a pump belt and then start it. But i need to read up about priming the turbo first. So anyone can get me either measurments OR the numbering off there short belt?
  13. Yeah.. but, fuck that if i wanted a work out i'd buy a gym membership!
  14. Perfect thank you!
  15. Fitted to TD04. I whacked on the water lines just as i picked them up. Thinking back on it, do i need to put them in a correct order? I.e one must be the feed, and one must be the return i would've thought logically? Anyone can describe or show a picture of which way they go? Thanks
  16. Basically TD04 my V last night, had to remove my air con pump for it to fit without fouling the turbo housing. Now i need a short 4 ribbed belt from EuroCarParts an they have loads in stock but want to give me the correct one, so i kinda need to know the measurement of a new belt? Does anyone have this information? I threw away my old one and the binmen came this morning, so i cant even work back with that which is irrating! Help haha! Want to be running this evening!
  17. I wouldn't even bother with the arch lining. It's not essential to get the car on the road again.
  18. WOW! The comments are jokes!
  19. I just want my engine bay as sexual as yours. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm
  20. Not your fault mate! Since removing the pump was forgotten. I removed aircon on a previous car but never done the pump, always left it so to me the completely off is new haha! I only work £5-£7 in a taxi and I can get one in the morning. Out of interest where did you get it from? AutoCarParts, GSF, or Autolec? Do we ask for a UK Starlet power steering belt?
  21. I hope so too! Will only know tomorrow! Your a legend! I would've fallen at the aircon pimp hurdle on my own! Let's get the bitch tuning tomorrow!
  22. Me and Adam are in! Will be convoying from Eastbourne!
  23. So here's how it went. Adam-GT came over with some better tools otherwise I would've been flubbered! Standard setup was a serious pain the ass. Was hoping we could unbolt it all in one go, but in the end we had to remove the CT9 away from the OEM manifold, mainly because getting to the manifold nuts was impossible. Managed to get it a off in the end looking like this; So next up was fitting the kit. This is where we encountered our next problem. I had removed the aircon but not taken off the pump. The TD04 would of fouled it and not fitted. So off that came! Took awhile to get that off, one bolt baffled us but In the end it was the easiest one to get too, we just didn't think it was supporting it! It all went on quite easily and bolting the Zisco was a lot easier! Only one manifold nut was a pain. But Adam worked his magic and got it as tight as we physically could... Then we had to fabricate the TD04 intercooler piping out of the mile long CT9 long route I had laying about! To be fair nothing a hacksaw didn't sort it! So this is how she's sat now... Basically it needs the shorter auxiliary belt, which HOPEFULLY I can pickup from a local motorfactors tomorrow, hopefully someone had a UK starlet 2 pulley belt. Treble check all bolts, and she'll be ready to prime and start. Hoping it all goes to plan! Can't wait for the test drive! Hope you like the update.
  24. go on there website it says it all. Or call them they're very helpful
  25. No not at all. Had a Cat-D and a Cat-C before. Doesn't even come up as this on a insurance database. Just check where it was damaged and all over for damage underneath on the floor plan.
