  1. Jamie said leave the top nipple, and lower one goes to turbo...!? See pic.. The top one I was told to leave, and the one the other side of the wastegate is I connect to turbo?
  2. LOL! They'd be fuming.... VERY off topic. Good news is.... I'll be buying the gaskets for the kit this afternoon... Fitting the kit will be at the weekend. Can't wait.
  3. This will happen. I'm going to take it down the country for it's first drive. If it all gets too much, i can bail into some woodland and finish myself off.
  4. I can't wait. I haven't been able to put my foot down for over a month. Since my decat wen't on then came fuel cut and boost creep. So going to 0.6 on a TD04 and being able to floor it.. I'll probably jizz everywhere, have a mental orgasm and loose it. (Let's hope not the final part)
  5. Exactly why i didn't bother fixing my CT9 boost creep issues, fuel cut.. endless issues. Knew would've been a money pit! TD04 it Ollie
  6. Oh really? It has water lines already attached but this is all new to me.. Will you have everything i need? Including copper washers??

  8. Should be receiving my TD04 kit pretty soon. I'll be buying the following, Just want to make sure i have it all correct so come Sunday im not in the poop half way through fitting. Manifold>Head Downpipe>Exhaust Manifold>Wastegate Wastegate>screamer Do i need gaskets for the water/oil lines? The whole kit is still bolted together bar the ex/waste gate, so as long as i don't pull it apart.. I cant see it feasible to replace the turbo>mani gaskets etc.. I'll be bolting straight on.. as it is! Opinions, and have i missed anything?

  10. That'll be fine buddy. Lemme whip it off, and inspect as I haven't seen wastegate or played with shafts since fitted my Decat. But back then it was MINT and I've only dome 600 miles since. What parts are you after fella?
  11. Sounds like a boost leak, cracked wastegate or a mahoosive crack in manifold. I'm thing standard CT9 full boost is like 2.5-3k and that's on a long route intercooler. My kit will be off Sunday pat
  12. Well.... Another update!! Took a little trip 30 minutes away to see Jamie.. Top lad, done me a right favour. Picked up my TD04 oil line, and an external wastegate for a bargain! So I believe I have almost everything for my conversion now. Just starting to worry about getting my CT9 intercooler pipes to fit my TD04... Hoping I have enough silicone and pipe work to fit.. A couple of snaps; Also, there was a meet a week so ago and two of my friends own the glanza's big brother. The white ones forged @ just shy of 400bhp.... I'm hoping I can bolt it on Sunday... Fingers crossed!

  17. Cheers buddy! If as long as it works an holds boost I'm happy. It's hidden down by the rad anyway so a lovely shiny one is abit pointless!
