Before you remove the cams. Take one of the bolts that hold the Cambelt cover on. And ther is a hole on camshaft pulley. (Inside) basically the cog that's turns the other cam. You have to put the bolt through to stop the back of the cog turning. If your gonna reseat all the valves. Remember you have to check you tapped clearances and they are solid. Not hydraulic. You can get updated stem sills from zisco. Here is a link about the camshaft bud http://www.toyotagtturbo.com/forums/showthread.php?100863-Cylinder-head-removal-and-installation-info Hope it helps

Or you could just take it to the car wash place and let them do it

I got a wepr decat. Bent at the bottm though. Bt could be fixed
-
Just make sure it don't get anywhere near electrics and intake. Everything else can be washed. We are forever jet washing Diesel engine bays at work to clear all the oil. Or so we don't get covered in crap

Well I was gonna be racing the starlet this year. But it's still not finished and the season starts at the end of march. So my step dad bought this car. And said I'm racing it. Was happy because I haven't raced in over a year now The car is a 1964 vauxhall pb cresta. And this is 1 of 3 left in the world. So it's worth quite a penny. We have only had it a couple of weeks. And the work we have out into it is coming along nicely. I don't usually leave my workshop until near 11pm. Any way here is some pics hope you guys like it. by the way. It's getting painted this weekend so excuse the mis

I'm still coming

Put either a 1.2 or 1.4 Athena on it but so it can handle to boost a bit better then it should last a bit longer
-
It can be caused by a number of things. But mainly high boost. I bought my engine second hand. I completely stripped it down and replaced everything apart from pistons rods crank etc. and so far it's nearly cost me 500 in parts. But could do it cheaper depends what you want in it
-
I see. It's a hard decision. I wanted to sell up last year. But I pulled through. And now I'm building a soon to be animal ep82
-
Forge it then. May cost more but last longer
-
Sounds like ring land I have same problem with my old engine bud. I got some second hand pistons off of here. Tbh if your running a constant bar of boost through a stock engine it wouldn't last to long anyway. It might be worth saving up. And getting a forge lump off someone who is breaking one

lol I hang with some people at Bracknell and we just laugh at the rg cruisers. The funny thing is they took over reading cruise and killed it. Shame really

But it's finding a new hinge.

New door. It's usually the pin that wears out. Mine does it slightly. Dunno if you could put a weld in it
-
Tbh the police only really pull you if they have different spaces in between the letters. I have been pulled a couple of times for a check. And never mentioned my plates

Still no luck the bud
