some less popular P&P ecu's like HRF don't remove fuel cut strangely enough what ecu is it ? are you sure its genuine as a while back a guy was swapping the jam lids onto stock ecu's

loads of Toyota rear calipers will fit starlets but calipers/carriers isn't the issue its the disks that's the problem

forged engine should be above 140psi but its unlikely a less than 2000 mile old rings/hg would be your problem check your breather is not blocked on rocker cover as condensation tends to build up here and block up causing back pressure
