^^ as above mate 1.6 bar on a TD05 16G should see you around 330/350 BHP at that boost if your injectors are maxed out id invest your money into some 550 + injectors

cheers mikey but the ingear/brake trick only works doing up the bolt not undoing and I cant get my hands on a impact gun

ok guys trying to put my timing belt on is there any way to remove the crank pulley as ive tried everything I can think of to undo the bolt I tried putting it in gear and holding brake while undoing the nut and that didn't work, also tried putting something in one of the holes on the crank pully and levering against the chassis but it just lifts the engine the way I have done it in the past when the engine is out of the car jam up the fly wheel and undo crank pulley bolt but im not removing the engine just to put a bloody timing belt on lol anyone have any suggestions ? cheers

you could feel the bolt, it felt like they was twisting like it had gone past its tolerance rate

I heard u can use arp's more than twice and beyond as there not stretch bolts so can be reused

when putting the head back together today I was torqueing down the arp bolts which had only been used once before in the 3 stages of 20 sequence to 60 lbs ft and ive had a bolt snap on me has anyone else had this happen before ??? I have no faith in arp bolts anymore and will not be using them again..... so ordering standard Toyota ones instead
