Make sure the actuator is holding the the turbos waste gate shut when fitted.

Aem is the best of the lot, it must be 36inches from the turbo and the 10degree angle must be down the way to let any moisture thats on the sensor to drip off.

maybe turn your fpr down a little, what is your wot reading, my idle is 14.7/15.0 and driving is 14.7/ 15.5,

its only a gearbox man 3 hour job, or less if u are use to it, no point getting a gearbox rebuilt when u can pick up a perfect used box for a 100 quid or less, dont lose faith over a gearbox.

u may hit fuel cut, u can port the waste gate of the ct9 to help.

If u wired a light to the stock knock sensor would it draw voltage when activated, if so it would give the ecu the incorrect voltage reading to retard.
