Not a fan of the yellow but might take em depending on how much youre after.

Either drop the gear oil and pop the shafts. Or take the clip of the inner CV and leave the green cups in.
-
Fire some tags on stuff if you dont want to forget where things go on the way back in, fuel pipes, vacuums, plugs etc.

Haha who wouldnt want a half eaten snickers?!

Looking for a pair of harnesses, dont want any with clips missing or shit broken please. Also i dont want takatas, or fake reps of takatas. Also if you ask me to make an offer you'll get offered a fiver and a half eaten snickers Cheers, Dan.

Can be done in 10 mins if youve done a few before. Disconnect wiring harness, intercooler pipe, power steering etc, undo mounts. Its actually easier to drop the lot down as 1, leave the box attached to the engine. Use the crane to lower it onto a bit of wood, then lift the car up with the crane.

There should have been a forward slash in the title then! Haha

Got a feeling the OP means a ST205 GT4, which uses 4pot calipers. Would imagine custom carriers will be needed.

If you cant press them out, ie with a G clamp or something then its hammer, chisel, hacksaw or fire lol. Do the ones on your spare beam and fit that?
-
Hopefully not a fucked coilover being that new, same with the panhard!

I dropped the engine out a saab once, was changing a dual mass and clutch kit at work, we never had the proper engine support that holds the engine from the top, anyway the engine was tilted down and the OS mount on them isnt bonded or fuck all its just a metal rectangle which slides into a rubber mount, so yeah it slid out and the engine was hanging about 6ft in the air by the engine loom, AC pipes and fuel pipes!! Only thing that broke was a plastic coolant pipe haha, was lucky with that one..

Also the panhard rod bushes can wear and give a similar noise, but youve just fitted that so probably wont be that!
-
The rear beam bushes can go which would give you that kinda noise. Think its powerflex or something do a rear bush kit, id just poly bush the lot and hopefully it goes away haha
-
What kinda axle bushes you got? Standard or poly?

I dont run a DV and i prefer the flutter noise it makes. https://youtu.be/7EG01KS_VB4

I replaced the engine loom in my old GT with a non ABS loom, the car did originally had ABS (which i removed) and i had to extend the washer pump wires, its only 3 wires just run them up under the front cross member, theres already a loom there so you can tuck the wires beside that.

I know!! I was expecting around the 950kg mark, because the turbo kit, exhaust, wheels etc are all heavier than standard. Saying that though its stripped out inside, no heater box or fuck all haha.
-
Yeah i sent the pics of the exhaust to my pal who works at the place, says its not major modification required. Gonna try and get a lower arm brace in there aswell so when it gets modded they can route it over that hopefully! And yeah some EP85s had a factory rarb! Dont know anyone with one on a 95 though. Its not all that though, it looks like its made from a shoe lace haha. Can just about make it out in this pic.

So not an awful lot been happening with this atm. Just been driving about buring loads of oil haha. I swapped my VF10 on which has the same size compressor housing as a VF12 but with a smaller P15 exhaust housing as opposed to a P20 that the VF12 has, so boost is coming in at 3k now, still only running 0.6 bar. Quick pic when i was away round the Lochearnhead a few weeks ago. And took a trip up to Crail for Banzai a couple weeks ago, was pouring with rain only got 4 runs in, times were all away to fuck something like 15.4, all the runs exact same pretty much. Heres a pic of the starlet st
