  5. Ive been launching my 85 at about 6-7k rpm, been working ok so far, although im not running a lot of boost, only 0.6. The AVCR Black does boost by gear im sure.
  6. There is a rubber O ring on the metal pipe which goes into the waterpump, this can split and cause a leak. Also pipes on the back of the inlet. Also between the inlet and the head itself, there is a waterway at cylinder 1 Can get coolant dripping from the thermostat housing aswell at the top of the gearbox. Heater matrix pipes too.
  7. You'll most likely find the Gen1 FE ECU in early N/a EP82s and EP85s with EFI. They were 100ps.

  10. A Gen1 4EFE ECU. And yes thats the corolla tubular inlet you have.
  11. Just incase you didnt know the N/a and the turbo pas pumps are slightly different just so you know to get the correct one
  12. If yous is the gen3 4EFE then they are pretty slow in stock form, think they have some kind of economy map with a lean burn. Best bet is try get a hold of a Gen1 4EFE ECU.

  14. Stand was looking sweet, i was on it for 10 mins then went up the strip haha! My runs were in the wet so only managed 15.4 @ 93mph
  15. Maybe swap the rubber clutch line for a braided one, the standard rubber ones can balloon under pressure being old.

  24. Final bump, this is tomorrow, we will have a small stand on the go.
  25. Flat head screwdriver it open, and then run a knife round the sealer. Clean the mating faces, wire brush drill bit, emery paper, whatever. Make sure theyre 100% dry. Make sure the sump surface is straight and true. Apply good sealer. Not too much or you'll end up with it blocking the oil pickup. And the 10mm bolts only go to something like 8Nm so dont go mental. And tighten them up the same kinda way youd do a cylinder head.
