  1. p.s, the car is for sale. if interested pm me.
  2. Thanks man. Hahaha . Cheers bro. Thanks man. Haha, well thanks everyone. If people read back through the pages you'll know that it's marine ply, not mdf. I'm not a retard.. And if you do your re-search then you will understand and come to terms with the fact that marine ply is one of the strongest and durable for being outside. It won't expand and fall apart at all. Taken from Wikipedia; Plywood is a manufactured wood panel made from thin sheets of wood veneer. It is one of the most widely used wood products. It is flexible, inexpensive, workable, and re-usable, and usually can be manufactured locally. Plywood is used instead of plain wood because of plywood's resistance to cracking, shrinkage, splitting, and twisting/warping, and because of its generally high strength. Plywood layers (called veneers) are glued together, with adjacent plies having their wood grain at right angles to each other, to form a composite material. This alternation of the grain is called cross-graining and has several important benefits: it reduces the tendency of wood to split when nailed at the edges; it reduces expansion and shrinkage, providing improved dimensional stability; and it makes the strength of the panel consistent across both directions. There is usually an odd number of plies, so that the sheet is balanced—this reduces warping. Because plywood is bonded with grains running against one another and with an odd number of composite parts, it is very hard to bend it perpendicular to the grain direction. I don't mind people not liking it, infact I rather enjoy it. In my eyes it's different, I don't want to have the same car as everyone else lol.. And also as said it's the START of many things. Furthermore it doesn't point up, i'm taking a picture from above the car lol.. Course it's going to look up. The rods are from carbonmods.co.uk for those wondering, £25 for two. Thank you.

  4. Shit fitment and suffer from heatsoak. Buy a front mount.
  5. Yeah man everything spot on . Mega happy with it.
  6. Yeah but a well set up ct9 will piss all over a td04 if it's not set up right simply because of the spool up times on the ct9. By the time a td04 hits boost the little ct9 will have been miles ahead.
  7. Just got back from hayes, very very happy. Currerntly running 225bhp at just under 1 bar of boost. Consider power to weight also. http://s688.photobucket.com/user/Bmx_Robb/media/IMG_20130503_183247_zps54db4d29.jpg.html'>

  15. Key in, turn key, go fast. Let electronics handle themselves. Assignment over.
  16. Agree with the dry bit, once they have heat in them. In the wet imo they're not even that bad. I've had worse normal road tyres and the r888's would beat them in the wet all day imo. For example paradas and falkens. I'd pick r888's over them all day. Personal preference I guess.
  17. Yeah it's annoying haha, cause of the shape of the jack lol. Well excited . Can't wait to see it when it's black .
  18. Couple of pictures from today. There isn't many places to mount the rods to, but luckily enough we spotted some little black cover where the bumper wasn't cut all the way and it was perfect. There was already a hole there so didn't have to drill anything so far! Also we got the bits we need to secure it to the crash bar. Tomorrow/Saturday we will be drilling holes out for the mounting points on the back and attaching the front rods. Also painting, then final fitting all this weekend fingers crossed! . Very very excited. http://s688.photobucket.com/user/Bmx_Robb/media/IMAG2079_zps06425216.jpg.html'> http://s688.photobucket.com/user/Bmx_Robb/media/IMAG2080_zps28999083.jpg.html'>
