Balls theyre just as expensive as rover ones!

Im just trying to find out the chassis code or generation or whatever will help me find coilovers for a certain civic! The one thats the same as a rover 45. Why do i need coilovers for this? Well, my n/a's a bit worse for wear and ive just smashed the sump and its pissing oil out, got offered a rover 45 for £100 so I couldnt say no, Just cant stand standard height cars and im trying not to cut the springs as coilys for a rover are £600! Unless anyone on here knows if theyre the same underneath? I assume they are as they look so similar Cheers!

Heater matrix is leaking again, so that's just got bypassed as I refuse to pull the dash out again Gearbox is rattling it's tits off when you rev and let off, always been whiny and shit getting gears Engine is way overdue a timing belt, and the oil light keeps coming on idle, guessing it's loosing oil pressure or something of the sorts. It's not blocked with crap I don't think, used engine flush before and it was fine, I think the sumps bent up so much it's hitting the pick up, but I've never the sump off so I'm not sure how close it all is, and I've got new oil and filter and magnetic sump plug to go in, but was gonna do it all at the same time as the cambelt

The oil light started staying on for a while, thought it was because I've been parking half on a kerb recently, but it's started coming on for a while then turning off and flickering on idle. Oil was a bit low when it first came on but now it's at the max it still doing it every now again. What else could it be indicating? Slightly worried the oil pick up is blocked as I've twatted the sump a few times recently. But I don't really have time to pull the sump off atm, wanted to see if it could just be a sensor or something beforehand

Cheers everyone! Na never fixed them, just bought some new ones. Well nothing's really been happening, went to tax it last weekend only to find out I've had no mot for a while, so it's been an expensive week, and the battery's fucked, and the rad cap decided to blow off and dump all the coolant out and it's got a very loud and worrying knock/bang when turning left and accelerating. I'm just gonna drive it into the ground I think now, literally.

Well my dash speakers have finally started making funny noises after 2 years of owning my car. Just want some average speakers, don't really want to spend any more money on my car but I cant be dealing with ruined speakers! I see some people have fitted 13cm ones, are these worth the difference? Just wanted to see what others have bought and thought sounded good/bad. Ive got a 12inch sub and rear speakers if it makes any difference!

Well I've just received a parking ticket in the post, for staying at a service station for too long ( didn't bother sleeping before japfest and attempted to sleep in my car at the services) so naturally I was there for three hours waiting for the other starlets to turn up. I was there like an hour longer and they're asking me for £50, or £100 in 14 days. I've read a few websites but not found anything concrete yet. A lot of people are telling me to ignore it, has anyone else had dealings with private parking firms? What do you guys reckon?
