Thanks Phil. I was only worried caus he was talking like I was gona blow the engine up. Sadly, i was at work when he came to repair it so have to behave myself as was outside the CEO window I just wanted to check with you guys as your the experts, rather than some ding dong that fits windscreens and calls me "love". Like I say, its quite normal round here that blokes look at my car and insult it caus their either a. jelous or b. caus im a girl thats just over 5ft haha! I only live about 15 mins away from Thorpe Park. August will be packed on weekdays too as the school holidays, but stand a better chance than at the weekend. Where abouts in London are you staying? Will you be driving to t/p or you planning on using public transport? Can advise on where to get their bus if you need it

Mine came from the back, you would know if it the hangers as your mechanic mate would have spotted it. Give it a wiggle otherwise? Lol

My wheel bearings did the same. Got them changed and no more noise the only other thing I would have said is exhaust (as mine lost one of the hangers and made a clunking noise).
