Tips for removing seized exhaust mani
mikey4410 replied to andy91145's topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
the key is soaking constantly as much as poss a few days before ideally. then take it very easy undoing them as u dont wana shear anything of or break it. if not that then i would try some heat . i would have thought that the best way to undo them is when the engines really hot, make the rad fan come on at least then go for it -
indeed if u overfill the engine oil it will flow very well out of the the turbo and dribble around it and through intercooler pipes for sure

rear camber makes the back end feel so planted and gives a heck of alot more confidence in the car.

when u finally get back in that seat with it boosting up all will be very well i am sure, and also there will be a pretty cool grin on ure face. it will be so worth it when its done. i have had alot of few niggly problems with my sportif since i have turboed it and i have been close to giving up,but when i had fought and won it was a bloody good feeling and getting out and beating nearly everycar on the roads is wicked. and that boost noise ..................... unmistakeably immense and just want to hear it continously...lol
