I had mine made up for my sportif....some tall nuts did the job and a gud welder.

It finally undid it,it took 3 lots of 25 secs blasts.it was on there really well.was beginning to think it wasnt ever gonna come of. Then the next thing i was worried of was the pulley not gonna come of,it fell of with no trouble.result. Thanks for replys.......

check all ure fuses mate,under dash and in engine bay

when gt turbo ran like a bag of poo it was because i had blown the fuse for map sensor relay or something similar when i was wiring up a gauge. it backfired and would barely run,and wouldnt rev up at all do check ure fuses ,easy to do and worth a quick look

been trying to undo the alternator pulley bolt at the end of the crank and it wont budge,tryed it with the car in gear and my mate pressing the brakes and theres still a play/movement there and wont undo with a big breaker bar can anybody confirm its normal way to undo the thread please we are going to try a snap on impact gun tonight,hopefully that will do it ?

i know,i wouldnt mind if it wasnt delicate and fragile but it is and bad stuff happens with it i bet. would much rather collection as the buyer can have a bloody good look over it and be happy before they take it.

The polybushes usually come in seperate kits and its not a bad idea doing them in stages as they arent easy to get out( the old ones) .i did mine over the space of three months or so.spreads the cost out then.
