here is what i made ( was my first budget fse ) was really silent of boost but screemer on dont mind the dodgy welds i blame the stick welder ha ha

first 50 miles was horrendous no movement jesus it was really ruff especially with al the potholes the car was bouncing al over the place but now after 200miles they seem to soften a bit and absorbing the bumps a lot smoother in the beginning my nose kept on jumping in the air but now that smoothed out i am wel happy with them even tho there cheap !!!!! if 1 where to break its only 55£ a corner to replace :) will report back in several weeks on how they settled

so me being a poor man i could never afford the big brand pro coilovers for my starlet so i went on a mission to find budget coild for my starlet so after months off research i came up with a closed match and they were old golf coils *so i put up a thread off it on toc and our moderator DJNR8 came to the resceu he could provide me all the details i needed so he did he was strait on it emailing me the pictures and measurement * so first off i want to say thank you djnr8 for being there with mi od requests :) this is where i got them pm them tru ebay and request mk2 fronts and mk1 rears ( g

there great kid but get a box a scinny 1 with a insert in it and make sure it wont hit the intercooler pipes on the corner otherwise u need to go tru the front and squeez the pipes between the headlight and intercooler !!!!!!

i run 1 myselve boost will come on quicker and there are no cons noise depends on the box you use

or go the golf route

yes kid if u can afford it go for it the most common failers are the 2 input shaft bearings and the bearing in the viscouse coupling im almost sure 2nd gear syncro is wel past it bedtime

swap back over to the old alt !!!!! u might have fitted a fucked alt as for waterpump the timing belt doesnt nead to come off !!! its only held on my 3 bolts to the block !!!

you can buy some vag coils and fit them there 185£ :)

el44 is external coil like starlet turbo ep8/9 96+ cynos / paseo is internal coil / and coilpacks in some

it is if it comes out of a el44 cynosb
