Having problems with my td04 setup, for some reason I can't get above 8.6psi according to my boost controller. All my pipework seems ok so I don't think it's a boost leak. I'm not entirely sure if my boost controller is plumbed in correct.

It's a greddy profec spec 2 and I'm running external waste gate with .8 spring in it.

Piped from the turbo to the bottom port on waste gate then top port to COM on the the solenoid, then NO on the solenoid to the intake which is t'eed to the controller?

Thanks in advance

Sorry my bad, I typed it in the wrong way. I have fitted it with turbo to bottom nipple.

Maybe I should have a look on the inside of the profec controller and see if there is a fault?

You wont be able to tell by opening it up. Theres people you can send them off to on ebay if not confident yourself

I'm running external waste gate on mine so no actuator. But it might be worth me checking the original gate incase the weld as gone and it's opened up a bit. If all else fails I will send the profec away incase there is a fault with that 👍

You could try changing the spring in the waste gate turning the ebc off and watching your boost gauge then if your still losing pressure it could be the ewg leaking..
