SRdan
little update. The sr is all back together 98% done now. just have the tps and map connectors from the 82 loom too add and split the thermo wires from the single 4efe connector to run 3 connectors for the 82 engine. then add fluids and bleed clutch then it should fire up. id be telling porkies if i said this was easy, but in all fairness it has not been overly hard. hoping to have it all done and boxed off by next weekend, id imagine there will be a few teething problems as with any engine swap. lukEp
Why don't you just use the three pin sensor off the NA. It's just a combined sensor.
SRdan
I'll have a look see if what will work. Could save a job doing it that way also.Is it removable then? I haven't looked as haven't got round to that bit tbh
lukEp
The sensor is yes. You unscrew it.
SRdan
Hi allBeen a rough couple of months. Made some good progress on the SR a few weeks ago. Since then one of my lads has had some serious health problems so lost all interest. I'm gutted but what's gone on has knocked me for 6, really don't have time to Finnish her off so not sure what I'm doing with the SR just yet
Budnbass
Sorry To hear that bud, put the sr to one side and focus on the family. You'll be gutted if you get rid with not much left to do!
