15's is the best all arounder imo just do your research into weights and offsets, tyres

If i use 16x8 wheels with 205/45/16 tyres is it going to make a performance difference?

i think it will rub on your wheel arch when you go over humps. you will need to roll your wheel arch mate.

15x6.5J is the best wheel size.

Around ET30-ET37.

With a 205/50/15 Tyre.

I run 16x7j 195 50 had no issues. 16's can give you much better handling with having more road surface area it all depends on tyres

16x8 ET25 and 195/40 tires. Had to roll the rear fenders and put in an adjustable panhard rod.
