sam_glanza_v
Hi lads. Just wondering if anyone can shed some light on what possible oil i need for my 1997 EP91 Glanza V. I'm pretty sure I have an LSD. But just to be double sure is there a way of checking without taking the gearbox off? I know on the sticker on the inside of the car it does state I have an LSD. Im just aware that I need LSD specific oil. If anyone could recommend a good oil that would be great. Thanks for the continued help lads. Sam Miller.
Ryncewind
Jack the front of the car up so both wheels are off the ground, Spin one wheel, If the other wheel spins in the same direction you have an LSD, If it spins in the opposite direction you have an open differential. morgey
Oem lsd will be helical/torsen type most likely these require very little servicing basically standard gearbox oil changes. Its only really clutch type lsds (mainly aftermarket) that require special lsd oils and regular service internals
