What turbo to see me over 300hp?

I'm currently running td04L turbo, car is going in for mapping soon and I'd like to get it over the 300hp mark.

Ideally I'd like to keep the manifold set up I've got so I was thinking of using a td05, but will that be to laggy? Are there better options that will work on my manifold set up without spending a fortune?

I'm more worryd about gearbox starting to shit itself past 300

Hybrid TD04s will do 300, providing the rest of your setup can too.

Most VF series turbos can aswell, VF35, VF24, VF29 etc. Have a look about.

They will fit your current manifold and downpipe.

Its the twinscroll and mitsubishi turbos which have different flanges.
