Best place to buy reconditioned/hybrid TD04L turbo?

Hi, does anyone know the best place in the UK to buy reconditioned or hybrid TD04L turbos? 

I have seen the hybrid td04L that tunning  developments have but I am not sure what they are like to deal with? 

I have previously bought a new chra from mellet but it didn’t last long. 

Any other suggestions would be a great help.

+1 for midland. Liam is a former Starlet owner and a good honest lad. I took my td04 to him for a rebuild and he even suggested for me to not have it done as he didn’t think it was needed. He could of quite easily ripped me off for a rebuild, you don’t get that sort of honesty too often these days!

Liam @ midland turbo great bunch of guys there too quality service. He’s a legend.

I also used midland turbo for a rebuild and wastegate penny removal. So far so good
