Johnny-C Posted July 23, 2010 Author Share Posted July 23, 2010 well after having problems getting it mapped due to timing issues,ive had some more heartbreak.bottom end bearings are on the way out,so a rebuild is on the cards.id considered breaking it to be honest,but im going to push on with it one more time. Johnny-C Posted September 17, 2010 Author Share Posted September 17, 2010 was gathering up all the parts so thought id take a few pics.new spec is to bewiesco 74.5mm forged pistonsscat rods with new arp boltsblock already rebored,honed and skimmedbrand new crankshaftnew acl bearingsnew oil pumpfully balanced bottom endnew 1.4mm athena hgfully rebuild head,reshimmed etc with some custom headwork.blitz/orc clutch kit with lightweight fly.i picked up a brand new clutch disc,have to get the flywheel refaced.all bolts to be replaced with new ones.probobly missed out on some spec,and theres some i dont want to give away.
