Johnny-C Posted January 17, 2012 Author Share Posted January 17, 2012 some updates....this is one long ass road!some updates.new turbo arrived after near 2 months of waiting!its an Andy Forrest AFP4H td04 hybrid.it has a bigger compressor wheel,machined housing and uprated bearings and thrusts.andy has assured me that its capable of up to 1.7 bar. also got my st185 celica calipers refurbed and painted ford candy red.also refubed and poly bushed the bottom arms,and cleaned up and repainted the hubs also.hope to get all built up and back in the car this week or next.also have the to go on.should have an update by mid week,its down on 4 wheels again will all the suspension re-fitted,done that last week, and will be going back into my garage tonight to get a few bits done.dying with the flu atm,and after xmas its hard to get motivated,lol!i want it running and finished(mapped) before i head to oz anyway.picked up an electric power steering pump last night,and this complete zisco rear brace set up.found few pics of the brace fitted.been on the lookout for a set of these for near 3 years now,and got a set this week.glanza p-sport(poverty spec,lol) doorcards. Johnny-C Posted April 18, 2012 Author Share Posted April 18, 2012 getting stuck by into this again.removing some redundant wires from the engine bay loom at the minute.going to stick at it now and finish it.have the loom taped up and finished now more or less,started to fit back on stuff like the alternator,starter and vaccum lines. Johnny-C Posted June 2, 2012 Author Share Posted June 2, 2012 update time.having a lot of hold ups,with personal shit,waiting on parts,parts to be made,parts missing etc.but i booked off all next week,sole'ly to finish this.so,entered the garage to this....as id stripped alot off it for various reasons and my crazy ideas.a while later it looking like this....and a few sneak peaks at our Garage-C ps pump set up which is near finished....we stripped alot of crap out that wont be used,so the engine bay will be alot less cluttered compared to most.we are working on our own cars to finish things up,so no more starlets in the yard for awile!
