WallaceGlanza
Right I've finally got round to sorting through the 4000 odd photos from my travels in Asia earlier this year. I went off in March with the girlfriend to Hong Kong first, then meandered up through China hopped on a ferry to South Korea randonly dotted about there then got another ferry (well hydrofoil) over to Japan travelled about there then finally flew home. We spent 2months in China then a month each in Korea and Japan. It really was an amazing experience and one I'd definately recommend everyone to do, it really does open your eyes to things. Everyday was like an adventure not knowing what we were gonna do/see/eat/sleep etc etc I really miss being away and doing different things everyday and not knowing where your gonna be, I can't beleive it was only a few months ago that I was seeing all the amazing sites and meeting new people and trying so many different things, remembering it all now it really feels like it was just something I watched on TV, anyway pics....First off Hong Kong:This was one of our first nights in Hong Kong, it was taken on Lama Island alittle island reached by ferry with no cars on it and a very small population, the main attraction is the amazing fresh seafood and this was the view we had whilst enjoying our dinner! This is just a random tall building that looked cool! The entrance to Ocean Park, an aquarium merged with a theme park, awesome by the way!The view from a rollercoaster at Ocean Park, not taken whilst I was on the ride though!Live show at Ocean parkAs aboveSunset at Ocean ParkJust a random roadway showing the hustle and bustle of HKThe light and sound show of Hong Kong harbour (the largest outdoor light and sound show in the world)As aboveThe huge bronze budda at the po'lin monasteryThe view down fromt he big buddaA view inside the monasteryThe prayer room in the monasteryThe largest outdoor bronze budda in the worldJust a nice parkThe day view from Victoria out over Hong KongThe night view from Victoria PeakAs aboveJust a busy day in HK
