liamEP-80
on the weekend i picked up my first car with BenV. we went to stroud to pick it up and had a bit of a laugh with the suspension on the trip home on picking the car up it was wet and the paint didn't look all that bad but as we have now discovered it going to need allot of cutting to bring it back to its former glory. took us nearly 2 hours to bring the bonnet back up lol.today we got set on sorting out the really dodgy suspension setup with a set of D2 coilovers and a set of temporary alloys i borrowed from my brother.comments welcome guys right this is what we started withas you can see from these pics the red paint has lost its shine so i plan on cutting the paint to hopfully bring it back if not a new coat of red might be on the cards.here's the difference n shock size and heres the finished look for now any wayhere is my beast of an engine this has confused me slightly though as when i first looked up the ep80 gl it was down as a 999cc 4 speed but on picking her up its got a 5 speed box so im wondering wether is got the 1300cc 2e engine in it instead. any help on this would be much appreciatedSo I've started to use some cutting compound to get some the red closer to it former glory.and while i was out there i thought id take some pics of the cars conditions The Right half had had cutting compound on it, the left un treated. Here is my rusty ass bootwhat left of what used to be a rad and can you belive that we made it back to south wales My lovly rusty rad water ;) Thanks liam
