The Toffinator
As above, front driverside caliper is sticking on slightly, i have had it off and the pads and disc are fine, just one pad had little bits pulled off it, and wondered if theres something been stuck in it? piston seems to move in and out no problem with no stickyness, and im sure it was better when i drove it again but its still stickingAny advice on what to do with it?Thanks! lukEp
Check clean and grease the sliders mine were sticking on the rear might be the same for you on the front?
Nanglebadger
this is one of the few common faults with UK spec 91s, it happened on mine and Whitestarlet's (Gerard) many years ago.im sure if u have cught it early enough, a good service on the caliper should sort it, mine had to be replaced as she seized on.Phil. Keri-WMS
Make sure you get any rust scale off the carrier under the stainless clips that hold the pads - it can build up to over 1.0mm thick at which point it locks the pad in place solid!
