police have said: if anyone wants to lay anything at the crash site on the day they MUST use the lay by and not park at the side of the road otherwise you will be getting points on your licence! We wont be stopping at the crash site but there will be traffic cops there for anyone wanting to stop there. There will also be police presence in hereford and aber and powys police are aware that some of us might be going on to brecon so everyone just behave and make the day enjoyable.
