My conversion is taking a lot longer tha yours wish my friends actually knew what they were doing when it comes to cars.Hope everything goes well! one question what are you doing about the mounting point on the steering column as the glanza stalks use different mounting points. thats if your using glanza wiring looms?can you take as many pics as you can when installing it just to help others like myself doing the conversion thankyou please!cheerssamthere will be plenty of pics dude, don't worry.got loads that havent been uploaded, just for reference etc. RIIIIIIGHT, update time... again! steveGT had this little box lying around...took it off his hands and as it turns out this little fella, a GIZMO MS-IBC boost controller, was living inside so he's going to a new, red home... cheers dude!SECONDLY...was feeling the toys so got these new clips...turns out the came with free hoses and 6m of vacuum hosing from paul at roose motorsport, big up the bargain! plenty more in the pipeline as im sure by now, you are all well aware...big, shiney, amazing, proper bo updates before too long, fingers crossed...stay tuned for more kiddies...kidV. xo Quote Link to post Share on other sites

kidV Posted June 28, 2011 Author Share Posted June 28, 2011 Right, you rowdy badgers... get comfy, sit back and loosen that waist band... its UPDATE TIME!!! well what can i say... it's been pretty hectic to say the least.most of you will undoubtedly know this little lady... thanks steve!she became the donor power plant settled on to go into the 'sportiV'.an engine with just 23k on and has done roughly 500 since being built up it was rude not too take up the opportunity... also runs a 6 paddle ACT clutch.so, once again myself and the bear spent several hours after a hectic day of work removing said lump...on route..in situ..so clean it hurts! yes, i am in the bay with the engine still in... hooked up ready to hoist...POP, out she comes... and yes, i am that strong... sisters in arms..Also, took some deliveries in between the last update...braided oil line and HKS actuator..JPerformance FMIC mocked up with the fresh to death roose kit... full size GOLPHER alloy radal together now.. also with roose PAS pipe and 2M of roose 13mm vac line.Okay... Now for the next LARGE update... After the monster RR day once again yogi and myself set of to see a man about a dog... or rather the splendid 'DavidAshton' about a glanza...we got it, brought it back and set about it, being as gentle as possible, for obvious reasons..just to point out we were up from 6am on the saturday morning until 11pm on sunday... a whole 41 hours worth so things did become steady somewhat. big thanks to yogi for going through it with me! <3now, the pics!more sisters in arms at somepoint on saturday night... :/another engine removal, number four... and the wing so we could open the door.me going all womble on the glanza interior...and refitting into the 'tiV'in love with this wheel! <3fitting the door electrics... ballache!The heart of the operation and just how rediculously clean it is...refitting... as you can see its now daylight again... haand how she stands currently...unfortunately im on nights and bears working too until the weekend... we may get a little more done before but its looking like a weekend start up, if everythings a okay... list left to do is as follows;fit exhaustfit EBCoil filterfull fluid changethen she should be good to fire up.big thanks to all involved and all the support. much love.watch this space. kidV. xo Quote Link to post Share on other sites
