Guest Enzo
wasent expecting to do another one but ive had orders from the man upstairs so im doing another group buy of 4 units!he wants to clear current stock to make way for some fresh unitsthis group buy will run till the 10th of Augustpayment can be made by bank transfereplease show your interest and also spread the word 1)2)3)4)oh and the price 375 + deliverythats a saving of 130 over the RRP the turbos come with intercooler gasketwater gasketoil gasketplease enguire with a pm if you need any other gaskets, i keep them all in stock.payment details are paypal ---> geocool69@yahoo.co.uk*please remember to add your full name, fulll address and telephone numberpm me if you would like to do a bank transfer*****its vataly imortant that you prime the turbo before operating it,******** its the only way these turbos failinstructions on how to do so is herehttp://www.ukstarletclub.com/forums/index....showtopic=12142the biggest killer of turbos is oil. oil starvation, oil contamination, incorrect oil viscosity, not being correctly primed, switching the engine off before its cooled down, boosting before the oil is at the correct temp and viscosity to fully lube the bearings, ect. its all about the oil and lubrication of the bearings
Guest Enzo
thought id should add the actual spec, and links hereGT-spec ct-9 hybrid for the turbo ep market. (3rd revision)The pic shows difference of inlet trumpet size of hybrid and standard ct9Enlarged Compressor Inlet Trumpet to a massive 55mmCompressor Wheel (Garrett GT type) 39.6mmstandard ct9 for comparrisonTurbine Wheel CT-9 StandardTurbine Housing CT-9 StandardBored out wastegate port to 28mmNew wastegate flap 32mmInternal specFully BalancedNew Journal Bearing270 degree(standard)thrust bearingOperating paramatersCan withhold 1.1bar of boost (thrust load with at least 55psi of oil pressure at 5000 RPM(engine warmed up to operating temperatures)Requirements * Uprated actuator. Do not use the standard Actuator. It is recomended to use one with a harder spring, * Uprated blow off valve. The standard recirculating blow off valve promotes compressor surge. * Relocated filter. The inlet trumpet on the turbo is too big for the standard inlet pipe requring the front mounting of the filter which will also aid the response of the turbo. * Uprated Rocker cover breather
Steve GT
ill just add here if you dont mind geoi tested a GT spec out a few months ago. Amazing little turbo. improves spool over the standard CT9 and pulls like hell in the higher revs. well worth the money id 100% reccomend buying one of these

Guest Enzo
@ joshyboy some of them used ct12 compressor casings for a slightly biggar ar, its just when mr tong can get a hold of them he uses them@chichi any oil you usualy stick in a 4efte will do, but i usually use 10w40 for the uk climate, which might not be the right weighting for where you stay.@madmax the sooner the better mate and delivery works out at £21@mckel your looking at 190-210 dependant on boost pressure and setup
