use a heat gun or hairdryer on the edges n then work into the middle and peel off, simple as be careful tho because the paint can crack so go slooowly

Or (next summer) leave the car out in direct sunlight for a few hours. Worked a treat for my mate. After you've done that side turn it around.

i used a hairdryer on 1 side which worked good n the other side was in sunlight so it just peeled off easily. But peel it slowly incase it rips your paint off.

I also used petrol to remove the sticky adhesive underneath the strip.

But shaun: why do you need to spray it afterwards?

i dident say that i sad just hope the pannel hasent been sprayed before as they proberly mask around the strips so when you take them of you will have a fat paint line.

Shaun is right, thats exactly why mine cant come off, because they've been masked and the panels resprayed, meanin there's about 2 coats of laquer less under the strips. Remoin them would need the panels resprayed, hence i'm gonna be different and colour code mine.

Was an absolute bastard to get mine off. The sticky shit underneath took about hour and a half each side to remove. Worth it though

it weekens the glue,

the best tule to get it all off is an electric buffer on a drill,

takes all the shit of in seconds

I used this special adhesive remover spray to take the glue off the back of my car once stickers were removed. available at b&q i believe, didnt buy it myself as my dad had some.
