Hey guys,

Well I will be fitting my aftermarket manifold and decat soon and was wondering what I would need in terms of gaskets?

Is it best to just replace all?

Which do I need?

Are there any I should avoid and any that people recommend?

Cheers guys

Just watch when removing the standard manifold, chances are its never been off before and pieces of the head can come off with it. Especially at cylinder 3.

Look for any cracks in the head and scrape out the carbon from the ports aswell.

In most cases the head cracks when people over tighten the manifolds!

Im sure you already know Matt but take your rad out when you come to fit the mani and decat makes life so much easier!!!

Did the mani turn up today matey?

Mine cracked around the stud on the 4th runner because Sam swung off it like a top mechanic when he "nipped them up". I always nip everything up to my standards then Sam checks them. He's now banned.

Have it running up to temp, nice and hot, but of wd40 and just go easy :)
