daniel_g Posted October 18, 2012 Share Posted October 18, 2012 Just watch when removing the standard manifold, chances are its never been off before and pieces of the head can come off with it. Especially at cylinder 3.Look for any cracks in the head and scrape out the carbon from the ports aswell. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

funny onion Posted October 18, 2012 Share Posted October 18, 2012 Mine cracked around the stud on the 4th runner because Sam swung off it like a top mechanic when he "nipped them up". I always nip everything up to my standards then Sam checks them. He's now banned. Have it running up to temp, nice and hot, but of wd40 and just go easy Quote Link to post Share on other sites
