Finally we have arrived.

Ok I'll look into a front lip.

With regards to the interior bits, It's very difficult trying to find a manufacturer who is willing to make interior items with all of the clips etc. The only one I've found so far was a manufacturer for the defense industry and the cost would make your eyes water. We have started producing covers for the Evo interior bits due to this. At the end of the day you are not really going to save any weight on interior parts by having them made from carbon. Having covers made gives the awesome look of genuine carbon without the horrendous cost of full replacement parts.

Be careful what you offer, I might well want to take you up on that LOL!!!

Yeh I understand where your coming from mate, and like you say, interior bits are all about the cosmetic factor :)

the dial surround I sent you, can you do the whole face of the thing? like the TRD one? and if you wanted to use my bonnet as a mould dude, just ask! I have been after a carbon glanza s bonnet for a long time

any chance you could maybe do this aswell ( I havent a clue what you would call it)

It's called an instrument binnacle surround and I already have one of these with one of my manufacturers which they are looking at and getting a price sorted for me.

could you have a product sent to you and made into carbon??

personally carbon body parts would be nice, need more variety and competition in the carbon body parts for starlets...

Absolutely I can have almost anything made if somebody wants to send me a part. The only stipulation really is that it would need to be a part that would sell pretty well. I can have custom one off jobs done but it gets very expensive for one offs due to the moulding cost as well as the item.

I think it also might be worth making people aware that I am not personally a manufacturer, I am a retailer. I have a lot of contacts with companies who either supply me with off the shelf items, or manufacture items for me.

What Jack said!

Also, I was thinking I really want one of these splitters as the aftermarket bumpers for the GT aren't great for rubbish roads when using coilovers!

If you could get one that would fit the GT OEM bumper I'm sure it would sell as there aren't as many options as there are for the Glanza (Optional, aftermarket bumpers etc)

Ok the sill kick plates will happen, I just need to speak to my manufacturer on that one but it shouldn't be a prolem.

As for the bonnet, I've sent an email to another of my supliers and I'm waiting on a reply. A full bonnet aint going to be cheap though but I'll do what I can on the price.

wot about a carbon n/a bonnet? ;-)

I don't think there would be enough call for them compared to the Glanza S bonnet.

What if I can do a carbon bonnet and then be able to give the option of a choice of different vent inserts between the standard intake, reverse scoop and a Glanza S hump?

If it was me, I would prefere the dedicated glanza s bonnet but that's just because I'm awkward :p I'm not really a fan of the look when the scoops have been changed!

Looking forward to the kick plates, if they look anything like those evo ones they will look awesome :)

What do you think about the splitters? Might be wrong but it looks like something that wouldn't be as difficult to make as some other bits?

One of my manufacturers is currently working on a universal splitter, so making one fit to the Starlet shouldn't be too much of a problem.

The sill kick plates will be from the same manufacturer so they should be very similar.

As for the bonnet, keep the opinions coming guys.

Welcome along Rick. :)

Cheers mate.

I would love to have a Cruise Bonnet for the GT in Carbon Fibre and also some carbon door cards.

C/F Spoiler?

C/F Rear Spats?

C/F Front Spats?

Centre Console and various other bits of trim inside :)

Good ideas. I'll get looking into them.

For me i think it would have to be carbon replacement parts rather than covers.

Ide be interested in a good fitting reverse scoop, standard carbon bonnet 96 spec front and rear lips, carbon bonnet stay!! Carbon cowling to fit with oem ignition barrel light, carbon cam over ( i know others are looking at making these but they are taking ages).

Peter
