H_D Posted October 23, 2012 Share Posted October 23, 2012 I have just literally copied and pasted my old thread from TGGT but will be updating it properly this weekend,,,,For those that dont know here goes.............16inch Ultralite G-spec alloys in white,Full setup of KYB Shocks and springs,HDI front mount intercooler9mm blitz ht leads,Polished cooling panel,HKS actuator,jap performance d-cat pipe,HKS high power silent exhaust,Nomad racing dump valve,Apexi Boost gauge with apexi podRecaro bucket seat JDM style (driver side)HKS turbo timer1 off custom built aluminum vent cover for those rainy daysApexi 1.3bar radiator capForge motorsport aliminium oil catch tankZisco performance mild steel ram horn manifoldAir filter relocation kitHKS Teflon coated braided brake lineszep racing ecuClear cam coverPorted ct9 turboWalbro 255lph fuel pumpTurboSmart boost controllerDe-badged and Flushed radio antenna (looks much better)Zisco rear strut barIm sure i have missed a few things out and im sure there will be a few more to come.some new bits n bobs!Loads more to come hopefully ready for summer 2012!!!!Hello all,As above i thought i would share some pics,Any feedback and thoughts welcome!The block has been bored out to 75mm, new block plugs, Arp crank studs and re-linebored also chemically cleaned and fully tested etc...The head has been chemilcally cleaned crack, presssure and vacume tested bench and flowed etc with identical combustion across all 4 chambers, valve seats re-cut with cnc and a 1 off direct fit custom head stud kit (not 4a-ge studs as they are not a direct fit) and cruise springs also ported and polished on exhaust side (still awaiting cams and solid buckets)Pistons rods all Arp connectors, bearings and reground crank fully balancedSump and strainer chemically cleanedLots more has been done but i have not had the time to update the thread...Hopefully all will be revealed this weekend when i get some spare time!
