Stu Posted February 3, 2014 Posted February 3, 2014 (edited) Nice work!!! With the rear dics, did you measure the inner bearing diameters comparing the EP70 with EP82? Years ago I found there was a difference in size that needed a tapper shim to correct - luckily I found a Corsa GP Turbo which has right size and bolted straight on. Just interested if you had the same issue or if yours was ok. Edited February 3, 2014 by Stu Quote
Neil69 Posted February 5, 2014 Author Posted February 5, 2014 I did measure and all matched up. Was a straight forward swap over Quote
mech5107 Posted February 6, 2014 Posted February 6, 2014 I had the same issue with rear disks. I did made the adaptor. 25mm inner to 27 outter diameter. What is the corsa gp you mention? Also Neil, what disks you have used? Quote
Neil69 Posted February 6, 2014 Author Posted February 6, 2014 Std disks on the rear from a mk1 ep82.You have me worried now. Still got the 82 axle so am going to strip the disc off and remeasure it.Fronts are ebc drilled grooved with yellow stuff pads again with ep82 calipers. Quote
mech5107 Posted February 7, 2014 Posted February 7, 2014 You used the ep82 axle or the stock ep70 axle? Quote
Neil69 Posted February 8, 2014 Author Posted February 8, 2014 Ep70 axle. Ep82 has different length arms . Quote
mech5107 Posted February 8, 2014 Posted February 8, 2014 Then you need to check your inner bearing fitment. Quote
Stu Posted February 8, 2014 Posted February 8, 2014 I could be wrong but the one I measure had a different diameter. Quote
mas12555 Posted January 8, 2017 Posted January 8, 2017 Where did you get the fuel pump kit? http://www.tanksinc.com/index.cfm/page/ptype=product/product_id=84/mode=prod/prd84.htm Quote
