Sefton-EP91
Its been a while since I updated this, so I thought I'd give a quick update! I've took the glanza off the road for the coming months to have some work done which includes a bush overhaul, poly bush droplink bushes, ball joints, track rods and ends, new cv joints, N/S/R caliper, arches sorted (small rust bubbles), larger bore slave cylinder and a new clutch! The clutch i went for in the end was the ORC309D which I ordered from RHD Japan. So, I managed to get myself a daily which will enable me to do the work with no interruptions! Photos will follow but it's a 2008 vw polo, 47k! 330miles to a tank of fuel! Perfect! Edited July 18, 2017 by Sefton-EP91

Sefton-EP91
Update, I've been waiting to find abit of time to get round to fitting my ORC309d clutch and managed to get it done this weekend just gone! Had couple of issues but I'll get to those, first of all a quick photo of it all bolted up! I originally had a spec 6 puk sprung clutch on the car but was having some major issue with engaging gears and I think I found why! After 10,000miles this has happened! The springs have shot out of the centre on this picture! Clutch cover has been catching the inside of the gearbox! So anyway to cut a long story short she's now drivable again and my god what a difference the ORC makes! Whilst I was there i changed the gear oil and changed the oil and filter for a HKS oil filter and Fuchs oil. I took the car out for its first test drive after fitting and come onto boost a small amount and to my surprise a massive bang! Limped the car home and found the oil filter had shot of the housing! The threads on both the filter and housing were fine and seal was fine! Turns out the thread pattern was incorrect but was just able to tighten it without any problems! Moral of the story is, don't buy hks filters from Euro car parts! Even if you are told they fit! Could have been majorly expensive! So new Toyota filter and Fuchs oil she is driving again! Sefton-EP91
So a small update, rear calipers are being removed at some point this week to be sent away, there going to be refurbished, seems to be the only option at the moment as one caliper is £215 and for both to be refurbished it's just over half that! I've also got something special as I was getting bored of constantly buying maintenance parts for her! Zisco 6 point rear strut brace! Pikey009
They are really decent guys aren't they. Had my old gt4 mapped by Adrian. Had a good old nose around while I was there and there's hidden gems all over the place like a turbod Yaris, ISF and at the time the Corolla Gt4 and the Celica sprint X

Sefton-EP91
Generally jumping all over the place, it will do its calibration at the start then read full lean on idle, it reads around 14.0 with ignition off. I've tried a new sensor and it worked perfectly!
