EPnick22
can it be done? havnt got much money after my engine rebuild and just found my manifold has nearly split round the 1st and 4th runners, quite bad too, was thinking instead of splashing out on a new mani, to just buy a td04 but only run it on around 8-10psi, would the ecu fuel for it? I have adjustable fpr and 255 fuel pump etc, and getting it set up on the dyno once its running again
Weyro
Will fuel absolutely fine, you could run up to 0.8bar.
mikey4410
as long as u have supporting mods will work,i ran 1 bar on td04 on ecu and fcd with other suppoting mods
RobSR
With no other fuelling mods 0.7 bar. Get a wideband on it to be safe tho. You dont want to be buying a new engine aswell id imagine!

EPnick22
well i was going to get it set up on the dyno once my car is rebuilt, do they just mess about with the FPR to get the correct AFR?
ep-beast
yes lad but it will do damage if u dont do that
EPnick22
oh right sorry i thought you meant if i dont have it mapped which obviously i cant with emu or p&p yeah im definitely having it done I dont fancy blowing up a fresh engine lol
akyakapotter
Yeah you can Rbz is running a Gt28 turbo on fcd and fuel pressure reg stock ecu will be fine if set up properly
5T4R7ET N/A
with no supporting fueling mods i would only go for 0.5 on td04 on stock ecu. still will be lean on spool but will be ok.
Liam_D
Mine TD04'd on standard ECU. Been running it at 0.5bar for a few months now with a lot of hammer and its fine. Wont be long before you get bored of 0.5 though.
RobSR
0.5 bar wont be lean lol they run pretty rich. All cars vary but around .7 is what they fuel to, im not saying put it to that and itll be fine, as it may not. Get a wideband on it so you know whats going on.
