NightSpirit Posted October 18, 2007 Posted October 18, 2007 ask me in 6 months time...I reckon I can lay down some good times once I get things sorted. Not really a dragstrip fiend though, more of a 'I went round the 'ring in 3 minutes' kind of guy Quote
shelly_star Posted October 18, 2007 Posted October 18, 2007 How about Adaman's old glanza? that was pretty modded wasn't it? Also there is a glanza down my way, he running 250hp on his glanza, but i dunno what sorta times he got at 1/4 mile. Quote

NightSpirit Posted October 22, 2007 Posted October 22, 2007 Thought I'd add to this...The EP is never going to light up the drag strip, especially if it's a road car. 1.3ltr engine FF layout...lightness... = crap.I'd also say the EP is never going to pull an amazing 0-60 time. The way I'd measure a fast EP is on a track or real world driving as having a 1000hp Skyline that runs sub 10 up the strip is usually going to be utter shit in real world driving. Quote
riko666 Posted October 22, 2007 Posted October 22, 2007 There have been exemptions to the rule, like Clint's car in Malta - he's in the 11.5s range now I believe, and HRF's "Pikachu" EP82 did a 10.8s 1/4mi, and that was light, though obviously the weight was concentrated at the front end as in a video you see the HRF Engineers lift the rear end of the car as if it were made of clouds & marshmallows (light in other words ) Quote
ecksjay Posted October 22, 2007 Posted October 22, 2007 no gay 'ring' responses please....YOU LIKE MAN RECTUM. Quote
SiCaln Posted October 22, 2007 Posted October 22, 2007 hmm interesting, remember that pikachu ep82 lol Quote
GeeUK Posted October 23, 2007 Posted October 23, 2007 There are EP's in Jap Land that have got 11 sec QTR's too. Quote
