What's the recommended oil for a stock Glanza gearbox? Cheers

75w-90 but theres lots and lots of different brands. Ive even seen some reccomend using automatic atf oil. Google it as the opie oils guy has talked about oil types loads

how much oil does the gearbox take? i've got mine going in for a full service next week and i need to get the bits together and i'm not sure how much to buy?

You fill it up with the level plug taken out, then on a level ground you fill it up till it overflows out of the hole.

It's around 3litres IIRC. I'd buy 4-5 litres.

yeah...i've done it a few times now...if i had to try to take a guess, i'd say 1.8 - 1.9 liters to be closer

if you put in 2 liters with the car jacked up at the front, when you lower the jack and level the car, a small amount would flow out the "level hole"

I always had to put in over 2 litres on mine, closer to 2,5
