russ78 Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 (edited) i thought id add another car to my arsenal so took the plunge and bought a 1999 Toyota BB it was imported in 2008 and is totally JDM always had a soft spot for these little minivans and i needed it for a business venture.shes a minter only 63,000 miles on her and im presuming some will be km's, a couple of minor scuffs on the front splitter she is 100% stock not sure if you guys know much about these but there built on a yaris/vitz chassis share springs brakes/disks etc etc and have a 1.5 VVTI T-Sport enginei have some plans for her already, but theres nothing for them here in the UK not like the states where theres tons of aftermarket parts for these (known as the scion xb) will be going in for -3 camber shims & Tein S Tech Lowering Springs from japland Pics from when I first picked her up Parts ive bought or fitted since april TRD Sportivo Tow Eye Air filter relocation kit HKS AFR (to counteract the MAF error) there is next to no information on these cars here in the uk so have to do things from scratch so heres my guide I made for wiring in the afr lol Tried so hard to find a right handed pillar pod but not a hope so improvised and drilled 3 60mm holes into the dash had no idea what was behind but it was worth the risk imo My defi gauges look class got my hands on an envy sports cat OMP Front Strut Brace Picked up a set of 16" Borbets they were crying out for a refurb Fitted after refurb Picked up a very rare OEM rear spoiler off a guy in Ireland who used to own a white TRD Turbo BB Edited September 19, 2013 by russ78 Quote

russ78 Posted September 19, 2013 Author Posted September 19, 2013 Love it. Any manual conversions for these? Almost got one meself yeah a Yaris T-Sport P1 gearbox is a straight fit but problems arise with where to put gear stick as theres no hole in the floor for a stick and front seats are a front bench so no room the auto gear lever is on the steering wheel and the handbrake is the 3rd pedal so that would all need modifying as well, would be a total ballache to do tbh Quote
russ78 Posted September 19, 2013 Author Posted September 19, 2013 Whats the daihatsu version of these called?I know you can get them in nissan cube your thinking of the daihatsu materia but in japland was marketed as the Toyota BB MKII Quote
