Had a bit of an issue since I purchased the car the headlights have always been shocking

It came with a hid kit so thought it could be that so spent a bit of money and replaced with the brightest kit I could find still no joy

So then figured standard bulbs yet no still can't see anything really is bothering me now can't even see a few feet in front of me

Any ideas. Before I send it to an auto electrician?

my n/a headlights are shocking. thought it was the old headlights as the mirror in them had dulled over time but some much better condition crystal lights didnt solve it either. really annoying when my corolla and trueno headlights are both quite good!
