iamlegend Posted November 26, 2013 Posted November 26, 2013 (edited) my mommy PC at work she is trying to log on as you do when start up with her password but it is saying "" THE USER PROFILE SERVICE FAILED THE LOGIN"" hmmmmmm any ideas on what to do or is this a restore of the computer?? Its an infection that causes it and it damages the registry which stops you logging into the user account... Google that issue there is a registry fix... you have to enable the admin account and open regedit to sort the problem... Quote

Socks Posted November 26, 2013 Posted November 26, 2013 Safe Mode with CMD Google Search - enable Admin Account Reboot in Normal Mode Go into Admin Account run regedit Perform Fix.. Google Search the exact quote fro mthat error into google ull find it... On my phone atm so cant! Quote
