Liam_D
Depends what it is, but from the picture it looks like a Impreza Td04 if that's the case it'll be standard journal bearing.
Tmdep82mos
The chap revons it is defo ball baring & solid shaft with billet wheel. What do you think every

Liam_D
Get the turbo number and I'll tell you 100% weather it's roller ball but I'm 90% certain it won't be billet wheel or roller ball bearing. Mitsubishi don't use roller ball bearings on there td04 Subaru turbos unless it's some sort of IHI VF series. And also Borg Warner and the only people to use billet wheels on there 'standard issue' turbos. Standard td04s are worth £40-50 in good condition
Tmdep82mos
Really it's well over priced then. How much is a refurb then any no what turbo technics charge He recons the shaft is solid new barings & perfect condition not sure

Phil
Looks stock to me, as liam says, unless its a IHI turbo which it doesnt look to be then itll be stock journal bearing. Phil
