Has anyone ever seen wishbone brackets like these before?

Well guys,

I just got a new 1999 Glanza in for breaking and it has these heavy duty wishbone brackets on it. I've ever seen a set of wishbone brackets like this before, usually just the U shaped bracket to hold up the wishbone. My own Glanza is a 99 model also but doesn't have these brackets? They look very strong I was thinking of putting them on my own. Any opinions?

Yeah I've seen these on a few Starlets. Not sure what there purpose is though? Maybe for axel stands? Some Starlets dont have the bolt at the end so they won't fit certain Starlets. I had some on me 1998 SR and I tried fitting them on to my 1996 Glanza to find that there wasnt a whole to put the back bolt in so they were no use

Same my sr had them but removed them when fitting an alk

yep there UK spec hangers same as the SR too I dint think they were ever used on the Glanza.

O they use a Different bush too to the Glanza I think its a smaller bush for these brakets.

Neither of my uk specs had these. But mine were 96-97

Could be a 98-99 thing?

Yeah it's they are on late models, Glanzas too infact.

I've seen a 97 P reg UK Spec with them too though..
