ChristopherEP70
Heres my ep70 starlet i bought last year. Plans were to put it back original factory spec. It was owned by a nun it was removed from the convent 2 or 3 years ago, thats when it got a new engine. It has a 1.3 2e engine that was fully rebuilt with drilled jets, hybrid carb,ep82 front arb, lightened flywheel. Its a spotless shell with 79,000 miles on it.Heres a few photos from the day i bought itI stripped the front as there was two rust spots at the bottoms of the wingsarted tidying up the bodywork sprayed up the badges, grill, back bumper and engine partsDone the bottom of the wings that was suposed to be a colour match with the paint codeThis came out alot better and that is 206 cherry red i think it is that was a 6 euro rattle canPicked up indicator lenses off toyotaThe next step was to tackle the original steel wheels and centre capsHeres how it stands today. It hadnt left the shed in months so it was long over due a wash! Only missing the original radio to finish it off. Painted the wheels and centre caps, compounded it twice to bring back the red paint which was gone faded from the sun heres a few photos. Stu
You should try to find a SI grill to fill the hole in between the bumper and the lower valence, then leave as is. Looks great!
hinchy76
I have the grill here I can sell you

ChristopherEP70
Said I'd update this. Done more to the 1989 XL so I put the engine and box together and dropped it in. Put on all the ancillaries. Undersealed the 4 wheel arches just need to do the underneath.

ChristopherEP70
Haven't updated this in a long time but haven't really done anything to it. Considering going down the 4efte route as I have an engine, box, looms etc. But here's how it stands at the moment
EP70-PT
Fte!!! Such a mint car
ChristopherEP70
Will probably go 4efte with it. Haven't drove it in 3 years I'd say so really need to get it finished next year 😂 Had it nearly finished then the engine stated giving trouble so that put a halt to things but no excuses this time round 😊

ChristopherEP70
As far as I know they do when you use the EP91 hubs etc
ChristopherEP70
So I decided to sell my Glanza and just keep the one project. So have 90% of the parts to convert it to 4efte. That's the route I'm going down. Kept the nice parts from my Glanza. So have the Cusco rear strut brace,Tein front strut brace,Zep C pillar brace,Zep pan hard rod and the Nardi. Also picked up a few powerflex bushes
